Touchstone inspires financial freedom through effective wealth generation strategies.

Having started a building refurbishment with rising costs, Touchstone needed to source a second competitive air conditioning quote from a company that could react quickly, as the business was due to move into their new property within 2-4 weeks. ProAir was able to design, cost and deliver a £50,000 installation within the tight deadline, by working long night shifts, enabling the business to move in and use rooms when completed. The system uses Mitsubishi Heavy Industries air conditioning systems, providing comfortable conditions for office and seminar rooms. Remote access Wi-Fi control was specified to give energy efficient management of systems, due to rooms being used over varying hours throughout the day and evening. This also allows notification of down time for critical systems.

ProAir also provided a finance solution through our finance partner Bluestone Leasing, enabling Touchstone to spread the cost of their investment, freeing up valuable cash flow to be deployed elsewhere for higher returns, with low fixed monthly costs and 100% tax deductible payments.

It’s been a pleasure working with Jake, who was available day and evening for progress and technical questions. ProAir have been incredibly flexible, with our move in date brought forward and the building busy, they dropped onto night working. Their staff are a testament to the business; trustworthy, courteous, with cleanliness and attention to detail. ProAir’s finance partner cemented our thinking that our cash can be put to better use driving our business forward. With the credit room to roll some of our other refurbishment investments into the finance package.
