Our client was experiencing inconsistency of quality and price, with the difficulty of managing many suppliers and locations from its base in Germany. ProAir was approached to take on all HVAC work across the UK, having supplied the highest level of service in the north of England, providing two annual services, F-Gas certification and rapid response call outs to breakdowns. ProAir also took on the administration responsibility of the booking process with retailers and shopping centres/outlets, meeting health and safety and access restrictions, then providing a full report and retailer sign off.
We provide a fixed price maintenance visit, whatever the size and location of the store, which meets the ‘all-in fee’ our client offers across Europe. Our engineers have knowledge of the many systems and age of functionality within the retail estate to effect speedy repairs, with the ability to source parts for all major manufacturers. We manage a supply chain of subcontractors and suppliers to effectively reach the extremities of the UK, including a workmanship and warranty guarantee for all work carried out on our behalf.
