Design & Specification

We work from a full ME design specification or basic building layout, providing the design expertise to ensure you have the ideal Air Conditioning and Refrigeration solution. Alternatively, we can measure on site for simple installations. ProAir have partnerships to provide full building ME specifications, allowing accurate tendering and specification to meet the latest legislation and site regulation within Healthcare Estates and Building Services.

We provide a full service solution, from initial site visit to project sign off. This includes project management and co-ordination of all other required trades, including purchasing, electricians, cranes and temporary air conditioning and refrigeration. We are fully compliant and accredited with the latest health and safety requirements. All projects are comprehensively risk assessed prior to commencement, with fully documented and site specific reports together with comprehensive method statements.

ProAir ensures all installations are carried out on time, on budget and with the minimum inconvenience, no matter the size of the project.

Service & Repair of all Major Brands

ProAir have extensive knowledge of all major manufacturers’ equipment for service and repair of your existing systems. Manufacturers include Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Samsung, Fujitsu, Toshiba, Panasonic, Hitachi and Sanyo, amongst others. We can supply and fit parts for all major brands. Older legacy systems that cannot be repaired can be replaced with much more energy efficient equipment with warranties.

Statutory compliance inspections, F-Gas certification and TM44 Inspection

We provide statutory compliance inspections and maintenance visits nationwide. All air conditioning equipment within a workplace is covered by legislation. Regular maintenance plays a vital part in meeting health and safety standards and creating working environments that are safe and comfortable for employees. The law requires a minimum temperature of 16°C in general working conditions and 13°C where strenuous labour is performed. Under performing and infrequently serviced air conditioning, heating and ventilation systems pose several health and safety risks.

ProAir can service and maintain your systems, providing your annual F-Gas certification to the standards set out by F-Gas regulation 2014 and Health and Safety at Work Act 1974. Depending on your systems output, you may also need a TM44 air conditioning inspection as per the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD). We can advise and provide the inspection report. Current legislation states that systems with a cooling output of more than 12kw should be inspected by an accredited TM44 energy assessor every 5 years after installation.

Maintenance Contracts

ProAir provides planned (HVAC) air conditioning maintenance contracts, for Universities, NHS, leisure and retail outlets across the UK. Regular maintenance of your air conditioning systems not only assists in preventing breakdowns in business critical environments, but also helps improve energy efficiency for improved performance. This results in reduced running costs, greater energy efficiency and potentially longer life of the systems. Clients who have contracts in place are prioritised for our rapid response call out service. When faults occur, downtime can be a problem for business owners, which leads to loss of profit.
